Each session to be started with 10-15 minute
opening statement by the
discussion leader on her/his view of where we stand and
what needs to be done over the next 6 months (straw man TECHQM agenda),
to
be followed by general discussion (1:15 hours) with short contributions
(<= 2 slides) from participants of where we stand, with the rest of
the time (4:30-6pm) spent on
discussions leading to the identification of realistic short-term (~6
months - 1 year) goals and on drafting
a work plan.
